Hello!
Today is part 2 of my ice cream post (you can see part 1 here). I'm loving this turn about stamp from Concord and 9th. I used it to make my own background paper for this popsicle. I wanted the used some white clay hearts and pink glitter hearts as an embellishment.
Materials:
Tilda Ice Cream
Concord and 9th Cool Treats
Ink:

Neenah: solar white card stock
Card Stock from Stampin Up
Glue:
Bearly Art Glue- Amazon or Taylored Expressions--best glue ever! especially for small places!
Tacky Glue (for big spaces)-
