Masked Leaves

Hello, 

Isn't funny how techniques float in and off our crafty tables.   I haven't done this style of masking in years. but It seemed like a fun way to accent the leaves on this beautiful embossing folder by Stampin up.   To finish up the card I splattered the paper with gold watercolor.

Reasons to Smile- Postage Stamp

I'm still in love with the Waffle Flower postage collage die.   It is so fun to see what stamps will fit into the cells.  This time I used the new Bee set by Unity.  The bees are perfect.   I of course needed to supplement  to fill the smaller cells.  I found an ancient Stampin up set called "Reason to smile".  It had the tulip and sentiment in it.    I think it works.  What do you think?

Fun Fold Flowers

Hello,  

I found this card sketch on pinterest.  It is 4 x 12 inch piece of designer paper cut at a slant folded into thirds to create an accordion.  I adhered the panels to each side of the folded paper to create this card.  It sounds hard, but I think it comes together pretty easily.   In order to get this to work, you really need to use double sided designer paper.  Stampin up is the only company I know of that consistency offers it.  I might have to purchase it more often.... maybe.... if it is on sale..   maybe.  Hmm..
