Hello all,
I'm so excited to share this card today. It was my favorite from the July Card class. You might be surprised...no copics were used. It was so much fun.
One of my favorite things about this card is how you each one is truly unique. Here are some photos of the Brockport classes' cards. Each card is different from the next, but they are all beautiful.

Misson Impossible
Hello all,
Today's post is more about life than about crafting. I've always been a "project" person. Once I finish a project... I already have three more to take its place. I like this about myself. I'm never bored or wondering what should I do today? I like to be busy. It works for me. However, sometimes the projects pile up. My craft table is groaning under all the piles of "projects" to be finished.
I only had one class this week, so I decided to declare war on the mess. Most of the cards were cards that were left unfinished from previous classes. I'm really proud of my accomplishment... I had to share.
I made 6 of these...
I made 15 of these... I thought they might sell at a craft fair. Does anyone need a Panda Party Card?
Lastly... I made 4 of these. Leftovers from July's Card Lover's class.
It felt so good to put all of those dies/stamp sets away away. I wish I could tell you that I found my craft table. I have a ways to go. I'm just thankful that I made some progress this week. I can't wait to get back to crafting ( and probably adding some new project piles) next week.
Hugs to you all,
Chris

I made 12 of these. I was supposed to use them for a class that got cancelled, but I had already cut the paper. Hopefully, I can sell them at future craft fairs.

I can't believe that July is coming to a close. Where does the time go? It seems like yesterday that we were watching fireworks. I'm so glad that we have one more month before Fall starts creeping in.

Adore Lions
Welcome Stampers, (there is a baby video below)
African animals have really popular in the stamping world at the moment. I love it! It has inspired me to get out some of my older stamps and maybe add a few new ones to my collection. This is a new one by Unity stamps.
This is a great way to show someone you care...without having to lick them in real life.
Copics used

Green: G46, G43, G40

Watercolor vs Copic: The Battle of the Waterlily
Welcome friends,
I started creating cards for this month's class. I stamped out this waterlily scene. I wasn't sure if I should use watercolors or copics to color the scene. I went back and forth and finally decided to do both. I like them both for different reasons. What do you think? Which do you like better?
Watercolor:
I used distress inks (abandoned coral and mowed lawn) to watercolor these. I added the water droplets with salty ocean. I spayed this with some glitter. It doesn't show up in the photos. In truth, I don't think it shows up real well in real life.
Copic
Copics used:
Pink: RV17, RV14, RV13, RV11, RV10
Green: G28, G46, G43, G40
Yellow: Y15, Y17, YR14

Well Hello there, Hello, Hi, Hey There
Oh, Hello there!
So one of my most favorite purchases over the last year or so is my MISTI tool. I use it all the time. It have become so popular that stamp companies are now designing stamps that work best when used in the MISTI tool. This is my first attempt, but I love it.

Congrats Grad
Hello friends,
Ryan and I spent a few extra days at the lake this week. I couldn't resist the weather has been perfect. He seems to love the lake. He learned to say "fish" this week. So cute! The rain has returned so we came home so I could sneak in some crafting time.
I know I'm a little late posting this. Graduation season is coming to an end. I just had this idea and needed to get it out of my head.

Gentle Bird
Hello,
Today's card was requested by Kathy. She sent me a photo and asked me if we could make something similar. It was beautiful, how could I resist?
I had to change a few things. The original was made using pencils and I wanted to use copics. I had to get creative with the inks to get the same soft look. This was a lot of fun to make. Thank you Kathy for the suggestion.

Swimming in Hair Gel
Happy 4th of July!,
I hope you are finding some time to enjoy summer activities today. Can you tell that I'm enjoying summer and warmer weather? My love of water has creeped into my card making today. We usually do not water and paper to mix, but this card is the exception. I've used hair gel to mimic the look of water. I'm afraid the photos will not do this card justice. It was surprisingly easy to make. This card is addictive to play with. It was a favorite in the Card Lover's class this month.

Hairy Situation--- No Line
Hello all,
Welcome to the last day of my No Line Coloring week. If you know me... than you know I like a challenge. When I started this adventure, I looked for the hardest images I could find to test out the technique. This hair was a challenge! I loved every second of it. It was so so so much fun to do.
I hope you've enjoyed this week of no line images. Hopefully, I've encouraged you to try this technique. It is a little bit of a challenge, but the end results are worth it. I'm going to work on some "regular" images next week, but I'll be back to this again soon.
