I guess it is obvious that I LOVE Magnolia stamps. I was looking
for a simple card that stood on its own. This is the final product.
I’M in love with it. You can expect to see more of them over the next
few days.
I was inspired to make another fairytale card today. I thought this Magnolia stamp resembled a famous princess.
I used the pearly chalks with Versamark to add a bit of sparkle to
the butterflies. The tabs hold the bookmark on the card without
adhesive. I think this would be a perfect birthday card for a little
girl.
I needed to add a bit of Magic to this dreary day. It is raining, and gray. Blah!
I pulled out Lady Tilda and my Copics and tried not to notice the gloomy outdoors.
I’m still practicing with the folds in her dress, but I’m happy with
how this turned out. For the background I used the “Fairy Dust” stamp
from the Magnolia collection. I stamped it in copper.
All paper is from Stampin Up.
this card is available for purchase in my store: click here
I love this new set from Penny Black. I was asked to teach a Valentine’s Day class this week. I couldn’t resist using it.
the ink and paper is Cherry Cobbler from Stampin Up.
Enjoy,
Chris
