Flurry of Fun

This snowman looks like he is having a rough day on the slopes.

The stamp is from Whipper Snapper Designs. I bought him years ago, not sure if he is still available. I colored him with copic markers.   Lastly, I used some flower soft to create the snow at the bottom of the card.

I hope you enjoyed this snowman card. Your comments are always appreciated.

Let It Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow

Please just not yet!  My Monday ladies have been stacking up our Christmas cards.  This card in non-traditional.  I wanted to take a break from the reds and greens for a week.   I also wanted to play with layout.  As you probably noticed the main image is placed slightly off the card.

I wasn't sure how I would like the final product, but I liked the way it turned out.  The three tiny crystals help pull the eye back to the center of the card.  Tell me what you think?

Where Flowers Bloom...

...so does hope.

What a wonderful sentiment.   It paired perfectly with this stamp from Whipper Snapper Designs.

I love the way the bunny is looking up.  Either he is hungry or he had made friends with the little lady bug.

After coloring the image with copic markers, I added glitter to the flower petals.
I hope you enjoyed today's card.

Two Little Monkeys

Happy Tuesday!

I have a birthday card for you today.  These little monkeys are funny.   They look like they could get in trouble in a blink.

These cute little guys are made by Stampendous.  The set comes with a few words that fit into the sign.  I liked the "Happy B-day" sentiment.   This card is nice for a little boy's birthday.  Cards for men/boys are often hard create.  The background is also embossed making it fun to for little fingers to touch.

Butterfly Wishes

I love this card.  It was part of our Card Lover's class this month.  The butterfly is from SU's Wonderful Wings Stamp Set.   I love the way it flies of the page.   The sentiment is also from SU.

We embossed the background using a folder.  Remember that you should stamp before you emboss to get the best results.

Copics used:

Yellow: Y11, Y13, Y15
Orange: YR02, YR04, YR07

When I started coloring, my strokes either started at the body of the butterfly or at the edge of the wings.  I used the feathering technique to get the colors to blend.

Have a wonderful day!
Chris
