Tilda's Poinsettia

Hello,

I hope you all survived Black Friday.  We didn't go out shopping.  We decided to stay in and avoid the craziness.  I know I should start my Christmas shopping, but....I'm going to hide in my craft room a little longer.

It has been a while since I've colored up a Tilda stamp.  I just couldn't resist when I saw this cutie with a poinsettia.    I think she is really sweet.

MMH November 2017 -Christmas

Hello all,

I swore I wasn't going to do it this month.  But... here it is.   I participated in the 10 cards-1 Kit Hero Arts Challenge.  I wasn't a big fan of the November 2017 My Monthly Hero Kit.  The sentiments are nice, but the main images didn't grab me.  Ten cards later... I've warmed a little bit to the set.   I don't think it would make my favorite's list, but I had some fun with it.

Grab some coffee and check out cards.  I've love to know what you think.  Which one is your favorite?   If you want to see the video click here.

Thanksgiving Humor

Greetings!

I found this stamp at convention this past year.   I couldn't let the holiday go by without inking it up. Hopefully it makes you chuckle.    I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday with your family.   Eat lots of delicious turkey!!

You Want to put Stuffing Where?

Hello,

The weather out here is still frightful, but I managed to get a few pictures during class today.   We made some turkey cards today.  I love the expression on this guy's face.  I hope he makes it through the next few days unscathed.

Rain Rain Go Away

Hello all,

I just wanted to let you know that I haven't forgotten about the blog.   I've just been busy with classes and craft shows.  It has also been rainy and gross outside.  I like to photograph the cards outside to take advantage of natural light.  I have a bunch of cards to share with you.  I hope to get them posted soon!

Happy Fall,
Chris

Birthday Pumpkin

Hello Friends,

It feels more like winter than fall these days.  Yikes! It has been cold here  I know I should complain we had a really warm fall, but it went from summer to winter in a blink.   I hope you are wrapped up in a warm blanket sipping hot chocolate as you read this.

I'm in love with this pumpkin stamp.  It looks so real.  This is my first card using the messy sting behind the image.  It was harder than it looked, but it was worth it.

A Wonderful Time of the Year

Hello friends,

This is one my favorites from the Card Lover's class.  It is so easy and fun to create.  I'm loving purples on Christmas card this year.  Do you like non-traditional colors on Christmas cards?
