Favorite Stinker

 

Hello, 

Check out this little stinker!  He is a fairly new release from the Unity company.  He is giving off Pepe le Pew vibes.  

This was all a happy accident. I was trying to make a card with another stamp, but the stamp turned out to be way too small for this card sketch.   This guy just came in the mail and still on my desk.  He fit perfectly.   I'm going to go back to the drawing board for my original image, but I'm glad this one made it onto a card.  He is just adorable.

Fall some moments are gold

I love playing with  color.   I saw this color combination on a sweatshirt of a stranger walking around town the other day.  I loved the way the purple played off the other yellow and the browish gold.    I made a mental note and couldn't wait to give it a try.  I wish I had a picture of her sweatshirt, but I think I captured it pretty well.   If you are going to try it at home I used Daffodil Delight from Stampin up.  Honey from TE and Plum from Gina K.   All the stamps are from Unity

Does anyone else have card ideas that float around in their head?  I saw this stamp by Unity and I knew it would pair perfectly with this sentiment.  My first thought was to do color her with pink hair and just rock her out.   However, when I went to color her...it just didn't feel right.  I still wanted a more subtle, mature look for her.   I think  it was the right choice.  I wish I you could see this card in real life.  Her shirt shines (wink of stella)
