Did you know that most inks are translucent? There is a throwback vocabulary word to 6th grade science. It means that you can see through the inks. If you use them on brown card stock, each color will mix with the toffee color. That is why we generally use ink one white paper. This stencil set takes this feature of of ink into account and overlaps ink colors to make new ink colors. (look at the pink and yellow overlap. It makes orange.). You do need to be careful that you don't use some colors together like red and green because that would make brown. What color combo would you try?
