Is there One Baby or Two? Animals Gone Wild

Hello,  

I broke out the quirky animals stamps again.  I love these guys.  I wasn't really intending this, but I think this would be a great card for twins.  I struggle with twins cards, but I think this would work.  What do you think?    Are you liking this style of card?

I'm so guilty of letting stamp sets "marinate" for a bit before I use them.    I think I've had this stamp set for 10ish years. I just got around to using it.  YIKES!   The important thing is I used it.   The inside says "catching snowflakes on your tongue with your best friend."   I LOVE IT.   It might be my favorite card this month.

I've had this set for a LONG time.  It has sat and sat, I always miss Valentne's day day.  I really wanted to get these inked up.  I really think they are adorable.   I finished them all off in the same style of card with a variety of sentiments.  Do you have a favorite?

This cutie is by Hero Arts. It is another stamp set that I've been hoarding for years. I'm so glad that I finally got it out and started using it.   I used a heart stamp set that I had (no idea who made it. It is just hearts different sizes) to accent the card.   I might go back and add some glitter to the hearts.  Not sure, What do you think?

Look at how cute this guy is!! He is also part of the snoopy valentine set from craftworld.  It was sold out the last time I looked. I'm not sure if they are going to release more or not.  I'm so glad I snagged this set.  Again, I think this card could be for valentine's day, but I don't think it has to be valentine.   I would just change up the background paper to something more neutral.  What do you think?

Here is my second Snoopy card from the Valentine's Day set.  I don't think this card has to be a Valentine's day card, but it could be.   He is just so sweet in this one.    The sentiment is from Unity stamps.  It is one of my favorites.

I have a card that I LOVE.  I copied it from the spellbinders packaging...so I can't take any real credit for the design.   I guess I picked out the colors.   My favorite is the background.  It is Island indigo from stampin up . It has been retired for years, but I LOVE how it compliments the owls.  There are also otters in the set.  I might have to try them next!

Lift me Up

 Hello friends, 

January is finally over!  Why does that month always seem to be the longest of the year?   This was a pretty rough one in our family.  We lost our dog Widget on Jan 12th and then my grandmother on Jan 28th.  So many of you have send me notes of support.  I just wanted to say thank you for lifting me up when I was down.  I'm so blessed to have so many of you  in my life.

The love You Give - A New Series Animals Gone Wild

Hey all,  

This is a different style of cars for me.  I hope to start sharing this more regularly.  I'm not really sure how to describe it but these stamps are more open ended than most.  They don't come in sets or anything.  You just pick the ones you like and create a scene with them.  I've been collecting them for years and playing with them in secret to get hang of it.   What should I call this style of card?  Animals Gone Wild?

Just My Type - Snoopy Style

Have you seen the new snoopy stamp set by craft world.  It sold out in less than a day!  I was so glad I snagged one before they sold out.  I couldn't resist using it as soon as it came.  I used the valentines paper pack from Michaels.  I thought it was perfect for this little guy.   More snoopy coming soon!

Elegant Foil

Hello, 

I never get over how awesome foiling is.  This plate is from Spellbinders.   I instantly fell in love with the "u" shape of the design.  It hugs the sentiment.   Valentine's day is coming up so that was my first thought was to make Valentine's day cards.    I grabbed pink card stock for a tone on tone look. The look was so elegant.  It just made my eyes turn into little hearts.   In the next second, weddings popped into my head.  I made a heap of wedding and anniversary cards.  I'm so glad this is in my stash.  What a wonderful design!! Whoohoo Spellbinders!!!

Such a Croc

Hello, 

Today is another make off my wishlist.  Whimsy stamps makes these amazingly fun critter stamps that look like they are peeking into a scene.  They artist is able to give them such personality.  I love the whole series.  It was a challenge to find ways to have them pop in.   This is my first attempt.  I created this little fun fold to have this guy to deliver a special birthday message.
