I made this card about a month ago. I just didn't have a chance to get it on the blog. I got the idea for this card when I was shopping at Hobby Lobby. I was looking through the party isle looking for ideas for my son's birthday party. They had a whole section for a Fiesta. He is a little young to appreciate the hat, but I thought it was cute. It turned out to be great inspiration for a card!
